1

The "Error-Free" Guarantee

Focus: Quality Control.

The Triple-Check Method: We understand that a single missed signature or an improperly placed notary seal can halt a multi-million dollar closing. Our approach centers on a rigorous "Triple-Check" process: we review documents before the signing for clarity, during the signing for completion, and once more before shipping to ensure every "i" is dotted and every "t" is crossed.

2

   Professionalism as a Standard

Focus: Brand Representation.

An Extension of Your Team: When we walk into a signer's home, we aren't just independent contractors—we are the face of the lender and title company. Our approach is defined by punctuality, professional attire, and a calm, patient demeanor. We provide a premium "white-glove" experience that reflects positively on every professional involved in the transaction.

3

Neutrality & Ethical Integrity

Focus: Compliance and Safety.

A Neutral Third Party: Integrity is the backbone of the notarial act. Our approach is rooted in strict adherence to state laws and the NNA Code of Conduct. We ensure every signer is acting of their own free will, is fully aware of what they are signing, and is properly identified. We provide clarity on where to sign without ever crossing the line into unauthorized legal advice.

4

Seamless Communication

Focus: Reliability and Speed.

Real-Time Updates: In a fast-paced real estate market, silence is stressful. Our approach prioritizes proactive communication. From the moment the appointment is set to the moment the tracking number is scanned at FedEx, we provide real-time status updates (confirmations, arrivals, and completion notices) so that escrow officers and borrowers are never left guessing.

"Professionalism you can trust, convenience you can count on. We are dedicated to providing accurate, ethical, and mobile notary services that meet you exactly where you are—on time, every time."

FAQs

1. What do I need to have ready for our appointment?

Answer: To ensure a smooth and legal signing process, please have the following ready:

  • Valid Identification: A current, government-issued photo ID (such as a Driver’s License or Passport).

  • The Complete Document: Please do not sign any documents prior to our meeting, as I must witness the signature.

  • Signer Presence: All individuals named on the document must be physically present.

  • Witnesses: If your document requires additional witnesses (common in some states for Deeds or Wills), please ensure they are available at the time of our appointment.

2. Can you explain the terms of my loan or legal documents?

Answer: As a Notary Signing Agent, I am a neutral third party and a "presenter" of documents.

  • What I can do: I can point out the "what" and "where"—such as your interest rate, monthly payment, and where you need to sign or initial.

  • What I cannot do: I cannot provide legal advice, interpret the "how" or "why" of your terms, or advise you on whether you should sign. If you have specific questions about your loan terms or costs, I recommend reaching out to your loan officer or escrow agent before or during our meeting.

3. How long does a typical signing appointment take?

Answer: Most loan signing appointments take between 45 and 90 minutes, depending on the size of the loan package and the number of signers involved.

  • Refinance and purchase packages typically have 100+ pages and take longer.

  • Single-document notarizations or seller-side packages are often much quicker (15–30 minutes). To keep things moving efficiently, I recommend reviewing any digital copies of your documents provided by your lender ahead of time.
